Hi there! We're Lijun and Maia, a couple that loves baking and loves fresh cookies 😃 We run Cookie Science, a small-batch cookie shop born out of curiosity, creativity, and a little bit of mess-making here and there. What started as an attempt to appease our stomachs one quiet weekend ended up becoming a ride of experiments in the kitchen and big dreams. Today, we're still chasing that same joy — making cookies that surprise, comfort, and bring people together. Every recipe is homemade with care and a little scientific curiosity, to deliver cookies that are just as memorable as they are delicious!
